Administrator/Coordinator

· Digital and physical data entry
· Translation services (English – Arabic)
· Document & database management
· To document/ record information, maintain files, process all paperwork, and
to perform day to day administrative tasks.
· Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, electric versions and hard copies.
· Understanding the correct terminology with action.
· Uploading and transmitting all relevant documents before submitting for
records of all pertinent parties.
· Update office policies as needed.
· Perform other routine administrative activities such as handling incoming &
outgoing mails, scanning, photocopying, and filing, operating office equipment
or any other assigned task.
· Co-ordinate and prepare progress and design review meeting between all
required parties of the project.

• Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
• Document and database Management.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software, and knowledge with
Oracle-Aconex software is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic
• Valid drivers license.
• An ability to prepare official letters and emails in a timely manner.
• Strong understanding of HR functions.
• Knowledge of basic governmental procedures.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Working with public sectors, identifying how to communicate.
• Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms.
• An ability to prepare official letters and emails in a timely manner.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Experience in Construction project would be a plus.
• Experience within airport/DGCA projects would be a plus.
• Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be beneficial.
