Position: Senior Advisor Department: Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance
service Location: Kuwait
Education
Minimum Degree in Accounting or equivalent (CIA, CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA).
Certification in Risk Management would be an added advantage.
Experience
Must have ‎3-‎4 years of professional internal audit, Enterprise Risk Management
and/or Risk Assurance experience with minimum ‎2 years in a Senior capacity.
Competencies
Is a self-starter and able to work independently; ensures work is accurate and
completed in a professional manner.
Bilingual in English and Arabic is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the
ability to apply conceptual frameworks to new and unique situations.
Strong curiosity level and attention to detail.
Strong general business knowledge and understanding of financial statements
and operational processes.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements (Labor Law, CMA regulations, CBK
regulations, Company Law)
Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with a stakeholder focused
orientation and the ability to listen, understand and customize communications
to the stakeholders’ benefit.
Well-developed time management, and ability to effectively manage competing
priorities.
