HR Assistant Officer
الوصف الوظيفي
Collects and compiles HR matrix and data from a variety of sources including
the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management
and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor
statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
Utilizing data and analysis to propose policies and activities that enhance
organizational culture, such as improving the recruitment and retention of
qualified candidates, resolving staffing issues, increasing employee
motivation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Analyzes HR data to identify trends and patterns related to recruitment,
hiring, employee performance, and regulatory compliance.
Evaluating HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the
organizational culture, providing recommendations for improving talent
acquisition, staff retention, motivation, and addressing compliance
requirements.
المهارات
Proficient with Microsoft Office or HR related software.
Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools, including Microsoft Office
suite.
