Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and preparing
sales quotations.
Collaborate with the sales representatives to develop and maintain strong
relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any
concerns.
Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Coordinate with production, design, and other internal departments to ensure
timely delivery of orders.
Ensure all required documentation, such as purchase orders, contracts, and
sales agreements, are accurately prepared and maintained.
Review and verify the accuracy of order specifications, pricing, and delivery
details.
Track and monitor the progress of orders, from production to delivery, and
provide regular updates to clients and the sales team.
Maintain organized records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer
information in the company's database.
Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving
any issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Liaise with internal departments to gather information, resolve customer
complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep clients informed about the status of their orders, including any changes,
delays, or other relevant information.
Communicate effectively with the sales team, providing timely updates on order
status and customer feedback.

Utilize industry knowledge and pricing databases to determine accurate cost
estimates.
Consider production methods, production time, waste factors, and other
variables to calculate production costs.
