We are seeking a qualified and experienced Paramedic / Nurse to join our
medical team. As a Paramedic / Nurse, you will be responsible for providing
high-quality emergency medical care to patients. Your role will involve
responding to medical emergencies, assessing patient conditions, administering
appropriate treatments, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients.
Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to
provide comprehensive and effective patient care. Your expertise in emergency
medical care and your ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure
situations will be essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate medical care to patients
in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
Assess patient conditions, including conducting initial examinations,
gathering medical history, and performing diagnostic procedures as necessary.
Administer appropriate treatments and medications based on patient needs and
medical protocols.
Monitor vital signs, observe patient responses, and adjust treatments or
interventions accordingly.
Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments,
and other pertinent information.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including doctors,
nurses, and other medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain a clean and organized medical environment, including stocking and
restocking medical supplies and equipment.
Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and follow-up
instructions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in emergency
medical care through continuous professional development and training.
Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations, standards, and ethical
guidelines.
المهارات
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSc.) or a ‎2-year emergency medical technician
diploma after high school graduation.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or training as per AHA (American Heart
Association) standards from an authorized AHA training center.
Certification in automatic external defibrillator (AED) usage.
Minimum ‎2 years of experience as a Paramedic or Nurse in an emergency medical
setting.
Valid Kuwait MOH (Ministry of Health) license is mandatory.
Strong knowledge and understanding of emergency medical care procedures,
protocols, and best practices.
Proficient in assessing and managing medical emergencies, including trauma,
cardiac events, respiratory distress, and other critical conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with
patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
