on behalf of a company or organization. Their primary responsibility is to
assist customers or clients by providing information, addressing inquiries,

‎1- Answering Calls: Handling inbound calls from customers or making outbound
calls to clients as required.

customer needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

effectively and efficiently,aiming to achieve customer satisfaction.
