Our European organization is looking for a senior Supply Chain professional
ideally from agrichemical industry with strong scientific knowledge in demand
planning and the proven experience of leading and coordinating the daily work
of ‎8 planners. As being in front line of the business and the owner of the
relationship with management the ideal candidate would be responsible for
executing the position to keep the processes, to make actions and operational
tasks as well.
HUB Supply Chain Business Partner (f/m/d)
South HUB & North HUB
Remote – location: Europe
What is possible?
Drive and advocate in the two Hubs the regional demand and supply planning
processes
Be the connection between supply and sales/commercial teams. Connect the
regional supply function and processes with the countries
Implement the concepts of Supply Chain End-to-End processes and mindset
Perform the Hubs forecast analysis (based on budget assumptions, trends,
customer, and market data)
Aligned with the Regional Demand Manager processes and recommendations, drive
the improvement of the demand planning performance indicators. Implement
actions to eliminate the demand plan top offenders
Make recommendation to the Hub Leaders and Country Managers to improve their
demand plans, challenge and influence the decision-making process
Facilitate the Hubs Demand Management Review Meetings
Drive the gap closure mindset culture across the Hubs to achieve or exceed the
budget demand sales, gross margin and other financial targets
Facilitate and drive the Demand and Supply Reviews (S&OP;) in the Hubs (RAG
molecules)
Drive the efforts for inventory and SLOBS reduction in the Hubs
Facilitate the service level improvement process. Work together with the
country Demand Planners and the Regional Logistics Manager to secure a proper
inventor replenishment plan
Interact with Regional Logistic Manager and help the logistic network
optimization in the Hubs and Countries
Facilitate the demand change request process and support the local and
regional product allocation processes.
