We are hiring #Retail_Operations_Manager
Job Responsibilities
₋ Responsible for managing all Sales activities within Andalus Electronics
Retail Outlets and ensuring the implementation of the same in line with
Andalus Electronics Policies & Procedures and in line with the Sales Targets.
₋ Develop and ensure the implementation of the Retail sales strategy in line
with the overall business directions.
₋ Direct and implement the retail sales strategy and annual Retail Sales
plans.
₋ Develop Al Andalus Electronics' overall Retail Department’s budget, ensuring
that adequate provision is made for all activities, monitor and control
expenditure against approved budget and reconcile budget variances to ensure
on-target performance against budgets.
Educational Qualifications
₋ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration would be an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum of ‎8 - ‎10 years of experience in the same or related field.

مسؤوليات العمل
₋ مسؤول عن إدارة جميع أنشطة المبيعات داخل منافذ البيع بالتجزئة للإلكترونيات
الأندلس وضمان تنفيذ ذلك بما يتماشى مع سياسات وإجراءات الأندلس للإلكترونيات
وبما يتماشى مع أهداف المبيعات.
₋ تطوير وضمان تنفيذ استراتيجية مبيعات التجزئة تمشيا مع اتجاهات الأعمال
التجارية العامة.
₋ توجيه وتنفيذ استراتيجية مبيعات التجزئة وخطط مبيعات التجزئة السنوية.
₋ تطوير الميزانية الإجمالية لإدارة البيع بالتجزئة في الأندلس للإلكترونيات ،
وضمان توفير مخصص كافٍ لجميع الأنشطة ، ومراقبة ومراقبة النفقات مقابل الميزانية
المعتمدة والتوفيق بين فروق الميزانية لضمان الأداء المستهدف مقابل الميزانيات.
المؤهلات الدراسية
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال ستكون ميزة.
خبرة في العمل
- خبرة لا تقل عن ‎8 - ‎10 سنوات في نفس المجال أو في مجال ذي صلة.
