We are in search of a Front Office Manager who will be leading the department
operations to ensure highest
.standards of service and luxury guest experience.
Qualifications:
Having at least 2 years working experience in the same capacity in a 5 Stars
Luxury property. With great attention to detail, quality service, productivity
and excellence.
.Effective communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with Opera PMS.
Responsibilities Overview:
Develop and set departmental strategies, service standards, policies and
procedures in line with the hotel objectives.
Manage daily administration of rooms, guest services operations, butler
services and central service center.
Greets guests, arrange personalized services and make certain that overall
guest experience is achieved. Achieve positive guest experience and revenue
initiatives.
Maximize team performance by providing direction and inspiring the department
to achieve high
service standards. Develops open communication and promote sharing of ideas.
Maintains contact with guests and handles requests and complaints.
