FOOTBALL COACH (PART TIME)
General Responsibility: 1. Manage and supervise football activities and
practice sessions, to promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork,
discipline, respect, and good sportsmanship. 2. Assist in the coordination and
supervision of the football program and team. 3. Assist in designing a
training program and game program. 4. Assist in organizing and supervising the
coaching staff to assure that the program is properly implemented. 5. Assume
duties of the Head Coach if required to do so. 6. Attend
meetings/matches/tournaments/leagues organized in Kuwait and adhere to the
rules and regulations of the academy. 7. Assess players' skills and assign
team positions. 8. Ensure that health and safety precautions are observed
during all activities. 9. Immediately report all major injuries incurred
during practice sessions or competition to the Head Coach or the Admin present
on the field. 10. Keep abreast of new information, innovative ideas, and
techniques. 11. Ensure all sports equipment is collected and kept at the
designated area after the training session. Minimum Qualification: * 3 years
of experience coaching football at the high school or academy level. * Must
possess effective coaching techniques and skills. * Must possess knowledge of
the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport. * Must
possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
