Wanted Experienced Salesperson (Commission Basis Only)
leading safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Company in Kuwait, is
currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to join our team.
If you are passionate and have a proven track record in sales, we want to hear
from you. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to work on
A COMMISSION BASIS and provide daily feedback to the concerned person.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and acquire new customers in various industries such as
construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and more.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with new clients, ensuring their
ongoing satisfaction with our safety PPE products.
3. Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the
features, benefits, and quality of our safety equipment.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
and campaigns targeted towards specific industries and customer segments.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, safety standards, and emerging
trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals, striving to meet or exceed monthly sales
targets.
7. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries,
concerns, and product-related issues.
8. Regularly communicate with the concerned person, providing daily feedback
on sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
9. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders
and customer satisfaction.
10. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand
your network and generate leads.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the safety PPE industry or a
related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain
relationships with clients.
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales deals.
4. Ability to work independently and proactively generate leads.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer
interactions and track sales activities.
6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales
targets.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize leads and
opportunities effectively.
8. Availability to work on a commission basis.
9. Willingness to provide regular feedback and updates to the concerned
person on a daily basis.
