CRM EXECUTIVE
Role:
1. Ensure all customers' queries are dealt with in a professional and
friendly manner. 2. Ensure all inbound telephone calls are dealt with
according to company
standards and guidelines.
3. Handling all generated leads, by making outbound calls, qualifying the
leads, and trying to convert them into sales opportunity.
General Requirements:
1. Must be bilingual (English & Arabic).
2. Preferably can speak in Kuwait dialect.
3. Age below 30 years.
4. Valid Visa #18 or Visa #22.
5. Fresh graduates can apply.

1. ضمان التعامل مع جميع استفسارات العملاء بطريقة مهنية وودودة.
2. التأكد من التعامل مع جميع المكالمات الهاتفية الواردة وفقًا للشركة
المعايير والمبادئ التوجيهية.
3. التعامل مع جميع العملاء المتوقعين من خلال إجراء مكالمات صادرة وتأهيل
العملاء المتوقعين ومحاولة تحويلهم إلى فرصة مبيعات.
المتطلبات العامة:
1. يجب أن يكون ثنائي اللغة (الإنجليزية والعربية).
2. يفضل التحدث باللهجة الكويتية.
3. العمر أقل من 30 سنة.
4. تأشيرة صالحة # 18 أو فيزا # 22.
5. يمكن للخريجين الجدد التقديم.
