Media planning and buying: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop
media plans that optimize budget allocation and target the right demographics.
Negotiate media buying contracts and manage relationships with media vendors
and agencies.
Campaign management: Oversee the execution of media campaigns across multiple
channels, such as TV, radio, print, digital, and social media. Monitor
campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to
optimize results.
Team leadership: Lead and manage a team of media professionals, including
media planners, buyers, and coordinators. Set goals, provide guidance, and
ensure the team's performance meets expectations. Foster a collaborative and
innovative work environment.
