We are looking to hire an experienced (HR Associate) to manage and maintain
our human resources records. In this role, you will be responsible for
obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR database
Responsibilities
- Complete organization of personnel files.
- Arrangement and follow-up of lease contracts and rents due in coordination
with the Finance Department.
- Delivery and receipt of performance evaluation forms with department
managers.
- Communication with new candidates for interviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
Excellent ability to speak, read, and write English at a professional level.
Must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple caseloads.
Strong communication skills is an added advantage
The ability to work with a diverse group of staff.
Proven ability to work independently.
