• Sales forecasting and phasing
• Staff cost budgeting
• Direct controllable expense planning
• Store opening experience
• Collaborate with department leaders to create strategic plans aligned with
company objectives
• Develop processes for store operations
• Performance evaluations experience
• Monitor and control inventory for the assigned AOR
• Proven track record of successful sales targets achievement and marketing
campaigns execution
• Collect data and analyze reports to inform decision-making
