المهام الوظيفية المطلوبه :
• إجراء المكالمات الهاتفية مع الجمهور المستهدف والعملاء لتقديم مزايا التطبيق
• الرد على المكالمات الواردة من العملاء الحاليين وكذلك العملاء المحتملين.
• استخدام البرامج النصية لتقديم معلومات حول ميزات التطبيق والتعريف بفوائده.
• تقديم أسئلة متعلقة بخدمات التطبيق لفهم متطلبات العميل.
• اقنع الشركات بالانظمام من خلال توضيح كيف يلبي التطبيق احتياجاتهم والحلول
التي يوفرها لهم
• تسجيل المعلومات الشخصية للعميل بدقة في انظمة وبرامج الكمبيوتر ورفع تقارير
يوميه
• التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء و تقديم الحلول المناسبة لحماية سمعة التطبيق.
• الخروج عن المعتاد لتلبية نسبة المطلوبة وتسهيل عمليات الاستقطاب في المستقبل.
• الاحتفاظ بسجلات المكالمات وعمليات البيع وتسجيل المعلومات المفيدة بخصوص كل
عميل.
المهارات اللازمة للوظيفة
• القدرة على تحقيق نسبة الاشتراكات المطلوبة.
• اجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت اوفيس MS Office.
• القدرة على التعامل مع برامج الهاتف المختلفه
• امتلاك مهارات التواصل وتقديم العروض بشكل مميز.
• اجادة التحدث باللغة الانجليزية والعربية.
• ماهر في إجراءات التفاوض والتعامل مع شكاوى العملاء.
• الاهتمام بالتفاصيل وامتلاك فن الاصغاء والاستماع الجيد.
• يملك رخصه قياده ومركبه
• الصبر والقدرة على التعامل مع الرفض من جانب العملاء.
