JOB PURPOSE:
* Act as a business partner to people managers for practices related to performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, engagement & retention, people analytics, and compensation & benefits within the assigned population.
* Work closely with all employees within assigned population to ensure the implementation of People policies and programs, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve employees' performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Organizational effectiveness:
With the support of COEs & People Partner Manager, participate in partnering
the business leaders to:
Develop the optimum organization designs required to achieve business
objectives
Develop required business cases and position papers
Develop and review required Job descriptions and organization charts
Align on job grading and associated compensation and benefits
Partner Budget and HC control in cooperation with controlling team:
Control HC and provide regular status updates on HC reporting
Support in workforce planning activities & job segmentation
Support all budget and forecast exercises.
Update the organization chart with all promotions/cross moves/terminations on
monthly basis Prepare Reports and Monitor KPIs to achieve defined targets
Talent Acquisition:
Support People Parnter Manager to proactively address talent needs and
capability gaps With the support of TA COE, participate in enforcing global
talent acquisition principles and ensure they are ultimately deployed in place
With the support of TA COE, participate in implementing local talent
acquisition policies, processes, tools, and methodologies Working with TA COE
team to review status of current vacancies, emphasize critical situation, and
provide all needed help and support Support TA COE Team in offering and
benchmarking against our internal population Deep dive analysis on patterns of
Exits, Turn Over, Diversity, Demographics, and Risks Recruitment of ASRs
(Administration Support on IBS contracts) Support in hiring processes specific
to M&S (Blue-Collars, Temp workers, differently abled personnel, and
internalizations)
Talent Management & Development, and Retention:
With the support of COEs and People Partner Manager, participate in partnering
the business leaders to:
Identify talents, assess their potential, define retention risks and loss
impacts
Build and maintain practical succession plans
Build and implement blended development plans based on our ‎70/‎20/‎10
methodology to accelerate readiness for talents in succession plans
Build proactive plans to manage retention risks, and respond with prompt
actions to retain talents when needed
Support enrolling High Potentials in Global Leadership Programs Support cross
functional talent moves and geographical talent exchanges Support Business
leaders in all system processes related to talent management & development
Support M&S Population to keep up to date WD profiles Prepare Reports and
Monitor KPIs to achieve defined targets
Reward & Performance Management:
With the support of COEs and People Partner Manager, participate in partnering
the business leaders to:
Run the performance management cycle including priority setting, mid-year
reviews, and year end assessment
Enforce differentiation through ensuring optimum calibration
Enforce 'Pay for Performance' culture within Merit & STI cycles
Manage low performers, implement individual performance improvement plans, and
carry out severance decisions
Support business leaders with all system processes related to Reward &
Performance Cycles (Merit & Bonus) Support yearly process of identifying,
validating and duly authorizing APP KPIs and Payout Scales for both White-
Collar and Blue-Collar staff Provide necessary Workday reports related to M&S
Population Reward & Performance Support and Monitor monthly payroll processes
for Blue-Collar workers
Overtime process for headcount Blue-Collar workers with SBS Payroll team
(hours)
Wages & Overtime process for Temp Blue-Collar workers with 3rd party
contractors (hours & amounts)
Manage Reward & Performance cycles (Merit & APP) for Blue-Collar
Workers:Headcount Blue-Collar workers who do not have performance documents on
Workday:Calibration & validation of performance ratings, as well as Merit &
APP decisions
Including individual Absenteeism and APP calculations
Liaise with R&P team for implementation of Merit & APP decisions
Temp Blue-Collar Workers
Yearly process of reviewing and validating daily rates
Calibration & validation of bonus decisions
Liaise with 3rd party for implementation of reward decisions
Prepare adjustment and promotion letters out of TA scope Prepare Reports and
Monitor KPIs to achieve defined targets
Culture Transformation and Employee Engagement:
With the support of COEs and People Partner Manager:
Participate in culture transformation, employee engagement projects and
activities
Participate in partnering business leaders to achieve diversity and inclusion
objectives
Collaborative work with SBS People Services:
Participate in People Partner role with SBS People Services: Contract renewal
process Termination, Exit Release, and off boarding processes Satisfying Labor
Law requirements People Systems activities:
System updates, and implementation of new systems
Ensure systems are continuously updated, and data quality is always optimized
Optimize processes and SOPs related to specific M&S populations (Blue-Collars
and Temp Personnel)
Others:
Perform other duties as assigned. Respect of company's values, code of ethics
and social charter. Respect of personal data protection charter. Responsible
for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related
working procedures.
JOB-HOLDER's ENTRY REQUIREMENTS :
Education:
* Relevant bachelor 's degree
* Post-Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources will be a plus
Related Experience:
* +‎3 years of HR experience is a must
* Experience with Sanofi HR policies, procedures and systems,
* Familiar with pharma industrial environment
* Familiar with Labor Law
