Assistant Product Manager

As an Assistant Product Manager you will be crucial in providing support and
managerial assistance to the Product Manager. You will get the opportunity to
develop new travel products, set trip budgets, oversee the implementation of
the Health and Safety policy and assist in creating new and exciting
itineraries for our travellers!
You will use your customer service expertise to support with customer feedback
and complaints, while working closely with other departments to ensure that
action is taken to reduce complaints for product related issues. This is a
permanent full time position based in Cairo, Egypt and can operate on a hybrid
basis.
A love of travel is a must have and you will bring with you:
* Extensive travel experience in Egypt
* Experience in travel-related systems (SalesForce, Travel Studio, Elements etc.) & Microsoft Office
* Proven experience in pricing and in analysis and creating reports
* Experience in trip design and operation, preferably relating to small group adventures or similar
* Ability to communicate in Arabic and English
* Knowledge of tourism/travel global sales trends and of small group travel operations and incident management is highly advantageous
