About the Role


This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of the Uber for Business
EMEA organization. We need creative thinkers and builders with previous sales
and account management experience who are passionate about developing a new
kind of sales and account management organization at Uber. You 'll be on the
frontlines following and boosting businesses contribution to Uber while
developing and testing new strategies around account management. We need a
highly motivated self-starter, with an engaging personality who thrives in a
team environment.


You will work to grow Uber's business in Egypt, developing a team of Sales and
you will be ultimately responsible for the Gross Bookings generated in the
country.

What You 'll Do

Form a team of Account Executives for your market, balancing local presence in
some countries and building up a central team in our Cairo hub
* Follow the day-to-day acquisition and roll-out of new customers
* Participate to prospects and client meetings
* Drive Gross Bookings growth!

What You 'll Need:

*
A minimum of ‎7 years of B2B sales experience, in tech, corporate travel or
other B2B related activities
* Proven track record of driving a sales team in an international environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
* Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
* Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the account management process
* Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization
* Very proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills
