We're hiring an Finance Assistant.
Your Challenge:
Controllership:
* Maintains accounting records and documentation
* Receives invoices submitted and assigning to the right channel
* Prepares a log of payables and recievables
* Backup for colleagues in the office.
Administration
* Manages day-to-day administrative operations of the Controllership team.
* Liaise with third party management services.
* Booking of workspaces and boardrooms.
Records management
* Maintains distributor agreements records.
* Administrative files.
Location:Cairo Office

* Computer literate - Microsoft Office and other IT tools
