Four Seasons Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a Bar Porter who
shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the
ultimate service experience.
Essential Functions:
1. Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver
for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four
Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
2. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and
appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
3. Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for
service; fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and
ice for bartenders.
4. Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas.
5. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum one year of beverage service or related work.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to carry and balance a tray.
