Four Seasons Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a Restaurant
Supervisor who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about
creating the ultimate service experience.
Essential Functions:
1.Trains and assist in identifying immediate and long-term need of all
employees.
2. Assist with monthly meetings and maintains bulletin boards/communication
logbooks.
3. Assist with annual evaluations and task appraisals on a regular basis.
4. Motivates staff to achieve 100% compliance to F.S.R.N standards.
5. Daily supervision of staff to assure smooth and efficient operation.
6. Sets the example for all employees in extending hospitality and assuring
guest satisfaction.
7. Addresses employee problems in a timely and professional manner.
8. Assures 100% compliance to all service and product standards.
9. Performs daily inspections of front and back of the house areas.
10. Carries out daily menu briefings.
11. Requisition supplies and equipment necessary to meet business
expectations.
12. Assist with development of programs to ensure high level of product
knowledge for all staff.
13. Controls staffing levels within labour guidelines.
14. Effectively train staff to meet the established product standards.
15. Prepares accurate payroll records.
16. Constantly strives to minimise wasteful practices and ensure correct
handling of all supplies and equipment.
17. Complete knowledge of Micros system.
18. Follows accounting procedures in handling of banks, cash daily deposits.
19. Participates in beverage inventory for outlet.
20. Ensure that cost control measures are followed in beverage area of
department.
21. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
