Job Purpose:
Haleon is going through a Global Expert Transformation to enable powerful
moments of humanity between experts & patients that inspire better everyday
health and wellbeing for everyone.
This role will ensure leading the Digital Call Center DCC hub in Egypt to
maximize our meaningful Reach to HCPs and activate MEA Expert Strategy to
drive Omni-Channel Transformation and Digital Acceleration as well as drive
Sales Force Effectiveness and Efficiency across all MEA markets which yields
to growing expert recommendations proven to increase penetration across all
categories that we serve in.
Key Responsibilities:
* Directly reporting to MEA BU Expert Marketing Director and responsible for executing Expert Marketing Strategy with HCPs in collaboration with DCC Team.
* Collaborates with the distributor DCC Team to meet the overall DCC KPIs within agreed timelines.
* Collaborates with MEA LOC Expert Marketing Managers to mutually activate and contribute to Expert Marketing Plans with adherence to the relevant Haleon's Codes of Promotion and local regulations.
* Collaborates with MEA LOC SFE Managers to mutually activate and contribute to Sales Force deployment Plans, as well as performance tracking and KPIs measurement.
* Collaborates with MEA LOC Training and Capability Managers to mutually activate and contribute to Sales Force Developmental Plans.
* Assures developing and maintaining quality HCPs' database.
* Supports DCC Team to meet Daily Call Rate with different channels, Phone - Veeva Engage Meeting - e-mails …etc.
* Supports DCC Team to meet Unique Reach Targets to HCPs at right Frequency with Multi-Channel Cycle Plans MCCPs.
* Supports DCC Team to secure Multi-Channel Consents from HCPs to be digitally reached by Haleon's different channels.
* Supports DCC Team to enable HCPs to register on HHP Haleon Health Portal and leverage the scientific content and personal training.
* Supports DCC Team to enable HCPs to attend Haleon's Webinars.
* Cascades to DCC Team the Detailing priorities of Power Brands to right audiences (Dentists - GPs - Pharmacists)
* Remote Sampling Custodian.
* Facilitate local physical AVAs, Conferences, Symposia …etc.
* Leverage systems and data analytics (Veeva CRM - mySkills - myLearning - IPSOS - IQVIA - HHP/Webinar Trackers …etc.) to manage DCC Team's Performance and identifies best Practices to share across MEA Teams and areas of improvement to design CAPAs Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions.
* Spend ‎70% of business time in coaching DCC Team to assure that the right brand positioning is communicated to D/HCPs through set of selling and soft skills within the POWER SalesForce Framework.
* Conduct regular performance review meetings with the DCC Team to track performance agreed short-term and long-term strategies & actions.
* Champions Haleon's values and behaviors as a role model to ensure right things are done inline to policies and SOPs.
Educational Background:
* Medical background, Dentist, Physician, Pharmacists, Veterinary or Science
* Fluent English Commands is a must and French speaking is an add value (Preferred)
* Masters, Bachelors, or Diploma of Business Administration or Digital Marketing is an advantage

* Previous experience as a Senior Med Rep leading a team of Med Reps
