We are looking for an experienced Zone Manager Experiential Touchpoint based
in Cairo. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4-5 years of professional
experience in a commercial function, people management experience, together
with an excellent command of English and Arabic.
RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
You will be Responsible for coordinating the achievement of monthly, quarterly
and annual targets / KPIs for Direct & Indirect Channels. Coordinate field
execution of PMI programs and effective territory coverage based on business
opportunities..
More specifically you will:
* Responsible for sales performance (e.g. Sell in, Sell out, Share of market, Productivity, Brands mix, Weighted distribution, Out of Stock);
* Ensure the correct implementation of consumer activation in each region (Sales experts and specialists);
* Identify new business opportunities in the region. Address issues and opportunities (systems + individuals);
* Manage relationship with distributors, Key accounts and IQOS stores;
* Set targets, track performance, sales forecasting and results analyzing;
* Sales team management, development & coaching for specialists & sales experts;
* Report opportunities for improvement & share good practices;
* Selecting/ recruiting/ onboarding team members;
* Perform appraisals for direct reports & communicate objectives;
