As a member of the global function "Commercial and Sales"
* Negotiating & drafting of commercial agreements with state companies (EGPC/ EGAS) and with upstream partners (Joint Operating Agreements, Farm-Out Agreements, Gas Sales Agreements…etc.)
* Leading and participating in multi-disciplinary teams, formulating commercial and technical proposals presented to Egyptian authorities, and managing different stakeholders as appropriate.
* Identifying potential investment and growth opportunities in line with the company's strategy.
* Supporting the Commercial & Business Development Department by research and evaluation of macroeconomic and microeconomic information on Egypt, especially related to the petroleum and energy sector.
* Preparing various analyses, studies, reports and presentations as requested, for better understanding of financial outlook and related areas of improvement.
* Evaluating economic results and reporting economic metrics under different commercial & technical scenarios to assess parameters for new projects or renegotiate existing projects.
* Generating supply/demand estimates for various petroleum products including domestic gas, as needed.
* Assisting other departments on getting and understanding information and terms of various agreements.

* Bachelor Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or engineering (Master degree is a plus).
* Minimum ‎5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the petroleum or energy sector.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a commercial mindset and ability to participate/lead complex negotiations.
* Knowledge of macro/micro-economic analysis techniques.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
* Good knowledge of PC software applications and Microsoft Office.
* Execution of relevant work procedures and operating work instruction pertaining to HSEQ requirements.

to reduce emissions resulting from the use of hydrocarbons by applying CCS and
low-carbon hydrogen technologies, potentially building up a business abating
‎20-‎30 million tonnes of CO2 per annum by ‎2040.
