Fields of Work:
Engineering, Engineering Equipment Operators/Inspectors
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the preparation of the
following:
* Planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspect of the project.
* Reviewing the contract terms, specifications, quotation, submittals and approvals
* Reviewing the Design drawings and any other engineering deliverables and approvals
* Preparing Site progress reports as well as all the necessary project documentation that might include method statements etc...
* Supervise a group of projects and ensure that the workmanship standards are achieved.
* Distribute the work and give necessary instructions to his team to execute the work in accordance with the project schedule and the approved drawings.
* Follow up for all the site requirements such as (installation materials, equipments, tools etc.).
* Prepare Projects Quality Plans.
* Ensure prompt preparation and submission of progress claim- including claim for variation- and, if required provide justification of the claims.
* Ensure timely hand-over (delivery) of project.
* Reviews to all clients correspondence and preparing the required replies.
* Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client and management project issues.
* Extensive regular contact with the assigned project client representative.
* Review the nature of non-conformities detected at sites and prepares a report with proposed solutions.
* Prepare and submit report to the projects manager for work progress status on a regular basis and as required.
