Job Description
* Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
* Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
* Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
* Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
* Provide support and information about rideshare and app-based transportation services (by email)
* Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies/procedures
* Create and update folders and databases with personal, financial, and other data
* Process and manage customer accounts
* Own and manage customer engagement and interaction ensuring all agreed quality attributes are met and exceeded
* Contribute to our Client's brand image and improvement of services
Job Requirements
* Fluency in Italian is a must
* Graduates only
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
* Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
