As Vodafone Acquisition Business Cash Lead you will be Leading VBU VF Cash
B2B,B2C Segment growth strategy as well as being responsible for the
enablement of merchant acquisition / acceptance, disbursement, and collection.
1. Development of Sales Incentive structures to increase activity of
acquisition channels
* Creation of propositions that address customer needs and increase activity
* Enhancement of Product User Experience
* Setting Communication plans informing customers of all new value propositions
* Creating Weekly forecasts on product growth, revenue, registration & activation
2. Increase Enterprise Vodafone Cash Market Share in VBU
3. Acquiring new Customers and achieving the yearly Budget
4. Ongoing coaching and monitoring of performance for Team
5. Develop succession plan for individual team members.
6. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
7. Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product
8. Develop product roadmap & prioritizing product features & capabilities
9. Collaborate with legal, finance, security & compliance to outline business
