Position Summary
In this role you will lead the talent management strategy for MENA, ensuring a
strong talent pipeline is in place. You will also deliver key talent solutions
to ensure employee retention & development at all levels.
A day in the life of...
* Develop and ensure implementation of the local talent strategy for talent management, succession planning and PDP.
* Steer the Local Talent cycle within the market aligned with the global timelines.
* External benchmarks: Constantly screen Market People trends and innovation to recommend new approaches and scan external environment trends and share with Market Talent Manager to broader the market strategy.
* Lead Internal Assessment centers and drive development programs to support market Talent activities.
* Partner with HRBP's across Clusters to challenge and support the business/function talent management agendas.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop talent pipelines externally by supporting the Talent attraction Development Programs (GDPs, Academies, traineeship programs…. etc.).
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop talent pipelines internally derived from Succession Planning, and to ensure strong diversity of our talent base.
* Support capability development of the HRBP's to build expertise in talent and succession management.
* Partner with External Consultants to ensure the delivery of key talent solutions (e.g., development assessment).
* Develop business intimacy to understand business critical requirements.
What will make you successful

* Masters' degree in Business Administration or HR
* Experience in a talent and performance management function (‎5+ years)
* Experience in working with talent practices and technologies
* Ability to manage senior leader relationships and collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines
* Cultural awareness and sensitivity. An understanding of the corporate culture at Nestle
* Strong functional talent expertise, specifically talent management, succession planning and performance management
