Supply Planner - Supply Planning - Planning&S&OP

Duties and Responsibilities

* Maintain Master data in Future Master & execute independently all relevant transactions in Future Master
* Manages a portfolio of safety stocks based on the safety stock policy. Monitors on a daily basis if the actual stocks match the policy and reports discrepancies.
* Plans short, mid and long term packaging and production (brewing/mixing /distillation/wine making)
* Translates the demand plan into achievable production plan in alignment taking constraints into consideration.
* Responsible in identifying potential gaps in supply versus demand plan and proposes solutions to relevant stakeholders
* Long term Capacity planning to determine supply bottlenecks and set different scenarios to overcome these bottlenecks using BCM or/and alternative available tools
* Develops daily stock reports and monthly finished products stock level reports.
* Identify and flag excess, obsolescence and expiration FG risks in an early stage.
* Conduct root failure analysis for Plant KPI's gaps (ex. OPI, conformance to plan) and perform define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence.
* Ensures the implementation of TPM methodology through plan pillar activities.
Education & Experiences
Educational Background



Bachelor's degree in business administration or Engineering is
preferable




Years of Experience




‎3 -‎5 years of experience in supply chain roles like supply
planning and supply management, planning/forecasting role, logistics,
warehousing, preferably in FMCGs.




Qualifications & Other Requirements




Excellent command of English Language
Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint) and Power Bi is a plus
Profound experience, with advanced ERP systems, e.g. SAP and
planning tools, e.g. FuturMaster
Supply Chain certifications like CPIM is a plus
