In this role you will manage virtually (by phone, electronically or social
media) a set of assigned or acquired partners accounts.
You will work closely with company outside sales, channel partners and/or
end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.
You will qualify leads to create new sales opportunities, execute sales
strategy for assigned portion of partners account. You will serve as a trusted
adviser to the Partner and develop a mutually beneficial relationship in
alignment with Aruba business priorities.
In a typical day as an Aruba Inside Partner Business Manager UAE.
* You will sell solutions, products and services based on defined territory strategies and plans.
* You will drive end-to end revenue, profitability, and pipeline by implementing joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts with the Partner.
* You will qualify and review new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure; work with partners/ outside sales to ensure a smooth sales transaction.
* You will develop basic knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape and IT investment strategy.
* You will communicate the value of the portfolios and solutions to differentiate Aruba from competitors.
* You will build a sales pipeline and forecasts that are data driven by sales activities.
* You will coordinate Aruba activities with the Partner (including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, proactive forecasting, business planning, and client engagements).
* You may develop business relationships with new partners, working to increase partner commitment to Aruba.
If you:
* Have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales )
* Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
. Are Arabic and English Speaker
* Have experience in developing positive relationships, solving customer problems, account management and acquisition
* Have knowledge of companies portfolios, IT and/or industry solutions, products and services to solve business challenges
* Have proficient communication and negotiation skills
* Have the ability to anticipate, prioritize, proactively forecasting and meet deadlines
* Are a team player, innovative and have a hunter approach or strategic farmer approach
* Proficient knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system
