Duties and Responsibilities
* Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project.
* Contributes to the development and implementation of Worley HSE systems and procedures for the Project and performs work in accordance with Worley internal processes and procedures.
* Advises Worley Project team on HSE concerns.
* Participates in HSE and R3 responses to incidents and assists in creating and implementing response and recovery plans.
* Participates in audits of existing and potential Worley offices and accommodation.
* Assists in the production and delivery of in-country induction training for incomers. Assists in educating Worley Project staff on HSE systems and protocols upon arrival.
* Assists in monitoring and disseminating HSE-related information.
* Maintains an incident database and mapping of all major incidents to assist in trend analysis.
* Contributes to safety and hazard assessments for the Project.
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Safety or an equivalent relevant field
* 7+ years of HSE experience including large scale projects and multi-cultural teams. Middle East and nuclear experience preferred.

* Ability to communicate, influence and persuade
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Arabic and Russian are a plus
* Problem solving and change management skills
* Risk management and incident investigation experience
* Proactive team player, proven to be effective in a multi-cultural environment
