Into our team we are looking for the recruiter with possibility to cooperate
with us on the freelancing base of contract, on the part time base (hours per
agreement). As we all work remotely, your job location does not matter, so far
as you are having a good internet connection.
Your responsibilities:
* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
* Lead the discussion with hiring managers/business owners to document job requirements, objectives and sources of candidates
* Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social media/colleges etc.
* Source candidates by using database and select suitable resumes
* Conduct prescreening calls/interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule (follow or create the standardized pipeline based on position level)
* Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and attitudes
* Participate in assessment center creation and organization
* Prepare, present the offers & maintain relevant documents
* Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
* Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices in various regions
* Create the compensation analysis studies
* Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
* Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships, promote companys reputation as great place for work (can become a leader of HR branding initiative)
Requirements:
* Good English level (spoken, written)
* Experience within international recruitment required
* Experience with tech. position hiring or marketing welcomed
* Have & also be able asses desired company soft skills:
* Good communication/presentation
* Good customer orientation/listening
* Learning continuously
* Being autonomous
* Being able to multitask
* Having team spirit
* Potential leadership skills are always very appreciated & developed!
