BUSINESS AREA
Working as a key member of the HR Services Team based, we are looking for a
customer service oriented specialist to provide support to our regional HR
professionals and customers across our core workforce administration and
recruitment activities.
What you 'll do
People Services Workforce & TAq Admin Specialist will support PS Advisor to
deliver the team agenda in supporting employees and managers by leading
Workforce and Talent Acquisition administrative tasks timely and accurately :-
* Handling employee and organizational data for allocated markets in MEA in Workday
* Liaising with People Services Advisors to ensure high data accuracy for the market
* Resolving employee's queries and requests using Service Now ticketing tool
* Ensure the relevant HR databases, trackers, employee files and systems are up to date, accurate and align with local legislation and company internal policies and procedures
* Handle Workday job change processes and required documentation resulting from promotions, demotions, lateral transfers, fixed term contract extension, etc.
* Work with in-country HR to run transfers to affiliates, generating contract documentation and supporting manual payroll and benefits activities, as appropriate
* Handle employment verification to confirm employee details to 3rd parties on request, generating approvals and producing verification statement
* Support managers with probation period administration and documentation, and handle required transactions resulting from a new hire no-show
Handling talent acquisition administration activities from logistical
perspective including but not exclusive :-
* Schedule job interviews with candidates, run all calendars' updates and coordinate all interview logistics
* Create job requisitions, offer letters and other documentations required for hire
* Handle candidates' communication including candidates rejections
* Move candidates across different stages in Workday through job requisitions
* Use the HR knowledge base and internal work instructions to ensure that processes are implemented accurately, and customer's mentorship is provided in an effective and consistent manner
* Look for opportunities to improve process execution and technology usage, working with Hiring/Recruitment Global Process Owner (GPO) to priorities and implement improvements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through
initial screening:

* Two years of experience of which one year at AstraZeneca.
* Human Resources Career Aspiration on Workday.
* Has been part of previous developmental programs in function or Human Resources Certificate / Diploma (completed or in progress).
* Proven consistent track record.
* Experience in a similar role managing systems and understanding of common service center enabling technologies is a plus.
* Average achievement of last two semesters ‎100% (last ‎2 semesters as S1 '‎2022 + S2'‎2021) OR Average of the total score of earlier year dashboard and YTD dashboard to be ‎100. ( for Sales Applicants)
