As a Business Intelligence Manager, You'll work to:
* Generate insights from multiple sources & systems, (Veeva, Sales reports, Market research, IQVIA data, customers engagements, etc.) with the aim to improve the quality of AZ initiatives and ensure better and broader impact
* Drive the monthly and quarterly performance reviews of all brands/ managers with AZ senior team developing the required reports/trackers and following up on the execution of the agreed actions and its impact
* Build Oncology and Biopharmaceutical Units Operational Tactical Plans (OTP) and execution trackers with clear milestones, KPIs, accountabilities and communicate a monthly update on the trackers with the execution status and its impact on the brands performance
* Support AZ senior team in developing analytics required for regional and local meetings with AstraZeneca staff
* Conduct regular meetings with AstraZeneca CP and senior team for updates on the key drivers to accelerate AstraZeneca's performance
* Support cross functional teams with insights and analytics to set strategic brand plans and track its execution and impact
* Drive competitor's intelligence across AstraZeneca and communicate insights about competitors' activities, strategies, and impact on AZ defined markets
* Drive post market research action plans and build trackers to make the best use of it
Key knowledge and/ or experience needed:
* Previous experience in a Business insight role or similar positions in pharma is a must
* Strong analytical skills are essential
* Good presentation skills, with an ability to communicate technical material in a non-technical manner
* Stakeholder management: able to influence others without authority
* Strong business acumen and understanding of effective marketing and sales strategies in the pharmaceutical industry
* Clearly demonstrate an ability to challenge thinking at all levels of the business, embracing diverse views that improve decision-making
