About the Role:

Trade Marketing responsible account strategies and translates them into
Distribution, Shelving, Pricing and Merchandising objectives aligned to GTM
and budgets.
The candidate will be responsible for local market brand development within a
lower trade and Upper trade channels . This is done across a variety of trade
marketing strategies including product launches, displays development ,instore
executions according to the activity Grid , trade marketing projects follow up
& sales monthly plan definition & deployment
Support key cross-functional internal relationships, including Category
Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Forecasting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Defining trade marketing strategy in Egypt & follow up on its execution


• Monitor key trade marketing project , evaluate performance & share recommendation


• Develop monthly promos plan for both Lower trade and Upper trade in line with Business objectives


• Lead the strategic project of Fridges & Golden stores in the Egyptian Market


• Capture main KPIs from distributor and share with internal team with adequate recommendations


• Be part of the monthly forecast, share output and follow up with Supply team


• Work closely with Marketing team to align annual activity grid and collaborate on monthly activations


• Analyze regional market trends and propose new opportunities for growth


• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

Who we are looking for:

• ‎5-‎8 years experience in trade marketing , ideally in FMCG sectors


• Results oriented. A team player, inspires, coaches and mentors a team


• Strong ability to collaborate well with other departments to accomplish the targets.


• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Good mathematics and numerical skills. The problem-solving ability and the effective communication ability


• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
