Functional Responsibilities:
* In coordination with packaging, production/brewing and maintenance supervisors; recommend and implement the necessary adjustments required during products filling and packaging on lines.
* Actively support the TPM implementation with the ABC.
* Comply with laboratory star system.
* implement the sample plan starting from sampling, verification & calibration of Equipment & chemicals preparations till reporting Concerning Departments.
* Update the W.I of all the Analytical Methods and Procedures.
* Responsible of HOC and 5S in the Lab.
* Ensure the conformance of products and finished goods to the Legal and Company Specifications.
* Follow the Safety, hygiene, Good Manufacturing food safety practices , Quality policies, procedures & standards established within the company.
* Contribute effectivly in Heineken ring analysis.
Qualifications:
* Education, Certifications and Licenses:
* BSc degree in a relevant scientific field chemistry , biochemistry , biology ,….etc
* Knowledge and Experience:
* Good Knowledge in quality control laboratory
* knowledge of Micro techniques Including Microbiology Standards and general practices
* Good Knowledge in Sanitation and Sterilization and CIP Principles
