Vodafone Returnship Program:
* Returnship program is a paid-internship for FEMALES who are out of the job market for ‎2 to ‎5 consecutive years due to marriage, child-care, or other reasons.
* Program duration is ‎6 months and by the end of the program, she receives certification of completion and might land in full-time vacancy allocated for the program.

Program Qualifications:
* Females who have been out of work for at least ‎2-‎5 years
* Females who have work experience minimum of ‎2-‎3 years
* Females between ‎28-‎37 years old


HR role will be in the Resourcing team as Resourcing Senior Specialist:
The Resourcing specialist focuses upon the delivery of all permanent and
interim resourcing requirements. Responsibilities include sourcing,
recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending internal / external
candidates for all job levels. They have a good understanding of established
concepts and procedures to deliver the end to end resourcing activities.
Typically reports to the Resourcing Manager, or the Senior Resourcing Manager.


Job Responsibility



  • Good understanding of procedures and concepts through extensive experience, executes the end to end delivery of all resourcing requirements;

  • Demonstrates the ability to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way with key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners (HRBP) and Centres of Expertise (COEs);

  • Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of the delivery of quality hires to support Vodafone meeting its business objectives and supporting the local market talent agenda;

  • Delivers resourcing requirements specified by the business, meeting KPIs and providing relative diverse candidates to the business in a timely manner;

  • Point of contact for the business, uses judgement based on analysis of information, ensures resourcing activity meets the short and long term needs of the business;

  • Documents and takes accountability of all management information, reporting and keeping systems up to date to ensure accurate and timely data;

  • Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas;

  • Ensures operational excellence throughout the resourcing process;

  • May provide informal guidance to junior staff.
