  • Management of office equipment across CAE branches and HO

  • Handling the office equipment maintenance claims.

  • Coordinate with branches and departments to keep the office equipment well maintained.

  • Executing needed equipment for New Branches and Departments plans.

  • Preparing Monthly/ quarterly Invoices for Suppliers and related registration.

  • To handle part of the new requests related to Civil Defense and the Ministry of Manpower. Mainly remote branches. So this position will need regular travels and outside the office missions.

  • To coordinate the Civil Defense requirements with the concerned departments to ensure completion in a cost efficient way.

  • Working with different governmental authority so need to be representable, honest and well educated. Health & Safety background will be benefit.

  • Follow up with Civil Defense Officers to deliver all required documents and to receive the branch's license.
    Follow with manpower offices to provide all their needs to avoid any legal
    action.
    Qualifications


Good Technical awareness, self-motivation and alertness.
Deep Administrative experience
Good Internal And External Communications
Office applications (Excel / Word)
