Job Purpose:
Are you looking for an opportunity to deliver and perform Accounts Payable
activities while continuously improving P2P procedures and processes? If so,
this is the role for you.
As Finance Service Delivery and Procure to Pay Staff you will be responsible
for performing P2P activities, ensuring all pay costs and related deductions
are properly accounted for and that Vendors and employees are paid in
accordance with their contracts. You will also proactively seek resolutions on
issues that arise from assigned processes
Key Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress
YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
* Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely and efficient manner applying 2-way match and 3 way match methods
* Ensure appropriate tax regulations are applied
* Ensure all pay rate changes are processed as necessary
* Process the monthly BSR to ensure all P2P activities are in place and clear and pending aged items.
* Preparing month end manual journals & accruals
* Follow up vendor master data on system as data definer and filtering
* Ensure that all T&E expenses are processed and reviewed according to the T&E policy
* Resolve vendors and employee's queries efficiently and effectively
* Support internal and external auditors
* Responsible for all filing and archiving of P2P information
* Ensure all GLs recorded are relevant to the type of expense and are not out of it's nature.
* Track and report on relevant metrics and key performance indicators
* Ensure that all the P2P activities complies with all audit requirements
* Manage time appropriately to ensure assigned processes are performed and delivered in a timely manner

Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our
goals:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting
* At least 4 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Payable
* SAP expert
* Fluent in English ( written & spoken )
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
* CPA or CMA
* Ability to understand SOPs and procedures
* Knowledge of Tax low
* Ability to problem solve
* Innovative thinker
* Effective communicator
