Job details

Owns and manages the end-to-end customer experience within the assigned
scope in Cold Chain, in compliance with relevant company procedures. Typically
handles a large number of customers or larger, more complex customers,
including special needs such as booking, customs, documentation, filing,
legal, dangerous or special cargo and/or lack of e-channel use. Manages
accounts with large business impact, defined by volume and/or revenue
contribution to the Area scorecard.
Flexible with Location, potential need for permanent availability at customer
premises.
Manages end-to-end shipment processes in compliance with relevant
company procedures.
Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective
resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
Executes independently with limited guidance, and is capable of
supervising others as relevant.
Identifies areas of improvement and work on process optimization
Has at least three to five years of experience to fulfill the role. Experience
in cold chain is preferred.
