Deputy Retail Manager is required for a big reputable company in
Heliopolis
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor/supervise day-to-day operations of department stores and sales
teams, track/measure stores performance
2. Lead and supervise Head Area Managers and sales teams to achieve sales
targets
3. Ensure an exceptional level of customer service
4. Assists in managing daily retail operations
5. Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific
duties
6. Recruit and provide technical product training and mentoring to sales
staff
7. Enhance the stores profitability by finding new ways to improve sales
and meeting customers demand
8. Analyze and interpret sales trends to facilitate planning
9. Assist in setting budgets and targets
10. Liaise with other line managers and report back to senior managers
11. Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company 's products
12. Keep abreast of what competitors are doing
REQUIREMENTS:
a) Educational Background & Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree
* Good command of English language
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
* Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
* Strong Leadership and Management skills
* Customer Service and selling skills
* 3-5 years experience specific to this position
