POSITION SUMMARY

The Primary Invoice Logistics Controller is responsible for the validation of
customs clearance invoices and improving customs clearance performance across
MENA countries. He / She leads product classification and HS codes management,
in addition to projects & initiatives of sourcing/recipe changes
A DAY IN THE LIFE …

* Invoice validation of MENA countries within agreed SLA at an accuracy rate >‎98%
* Create automated solutions to improve efficiency, cost reduction and improve invoice accuracy percentage.
* Close collaboration with clearance office in countries & Supply chain Managers to improve customs clearance lead time & cost
* HS codes management: classification of new products & SAP workflow maintenance
* Collaborate with team members from different businesses in new projects such as sourcing/recipe/ new product developments
What will make you Successful?

* Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain & Logistics
* ‎0-‎2 years of experience in Customs Clearance & Supply Chain
* Demonstrate strong stakeholder management & communication skills
* Fluent in English & Arabic, French is a plus
