Job Description

Purposes:

To sell our products and services by following up on leads, meeting new
customers, creating excellent sales pitches, and fostering good relationships
with customers to maintain future sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:
*
Complete certifications on all new vehicles
* Greet customers in the Showroom
* Plan and implement test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, pricing, and incentives
* Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs
* Establish long term relationships with customers to develop a pattern of repeated sales and customer loyalty
* Build rapport with customers to enhance referrals and establish a strong customer network
* Match subprime customers with appropriate vehicles for them to secure a loan
* Ensure maximum profitability in each transaction by up-selling products and additional services
* Maximize dealership sales by meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas
* Answer sales calls and respond to inquiries
* Meet daily phone and email quota
* Monitor competition and follow current developments
* Coordinate dealer-to-dealer trades and controlled inventory

Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree from any discipline


• Proven work experience in sales or customer service


• Ability to gather and interpret data


• Organizational and analytical skills


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships


• Self-starter and team player
