Technical profile/ Your duties:
* Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports to help top management make decisions.
* Ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization.
* Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
* Perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliations, and foreign exchange.
* Assist in tax preparation and filing activities.
* Review financial reports to identify and explain variances.
* Prepare cash flow statements and resolve outstanding balancing issues.
* Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes
* Analyze and forecast financial requirements for the organization.
* Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
* Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors.
Desired Skills and Experience
Who we are looking for?
* You are fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting
* ‎5+ years of experience in accounting
* Excellent MS Office package
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems
* Creative thinking skills
* Very good time and stress management skills
* Experience with IT Offshore/Nearshore/Outsourcing and European/GCC customers/companies is as a plus.
* You are out-going with a strong personal drive, you enjoy working independently and motivated by the close collaboration with the management team.
* You have integrity and empathy as well as excellent communication and facilitation competencies are key to succeed in the job.
