Job Guidelines:
* Ensure high accuracy of inventory carried on hand at the 3PL site.
* Daily monitoring of stock movements at both of LOE and 3PL systems.
* Coordinate with the stakeholders to do the necessary clearance or corrective action needed on the system like CN, GR … stakeholders like (Customer care, planning, co-packing, marketing).
* Egyptian Drug authority weekly inspection visits rehearsal process prior to, prepare the samples & the licenses to be ready for inspection by MOH.
* Periodic reconciliation of inventory between the company system VS the 3PL.
* Carry out the system inventory related transactions on the ERP system.
* Create the service POs relevant to logistics function.
* Oversee storage of products and the condition of stored items (ensure that the products physically in correct condition shown on the system … available, expired, near expired, …. Etc).
* Coordinate regular inventory audits (cycle counts - annual stock take)
* Put high focus and contribute for Slow moving and Obsoletes stocks depletions / reductions.
* Sensitive movements and stock equation reports for inventory including the reconciliation with Finance and to treat the variances with stakeholders.
* Carrying out the relevant reporting process as per company retro plan.
* Goods in transit reconciliation with inbound team and proceed with necessary adjustments on the system as required.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor degree (preferred in logistics, business or a relevant discipline).
* 2 to 5 years of experience.
* English Language Proficiency.
* Efficient communication skills & Stakeholder management.
* Previous experience in Retail & FMCG.
* Excellent Microsoft office skills, SAP Experience is a plus.
