We are currently looking for Reservations Manager.
Reservations Manager sells the Hotel and provide information to
prospective guests, captures sales from the incoming calls and coordinate
details of each reservation. Reservations Manager sell the resort and provide

Job Functions:
‎1. The ability to assume responsibility for the execution of the Reservation
Department's policies and procedures and manage the daily operation.
‎2. The ability to maintain reservation standards
‎3. The ability to conduct standards testing including call observation
‎4. The ability to conduct regular WRO test calls and provide timely feedback
‎5. The ability to work quickly in a high-pressure environment and ability to
handle stress.
‎6. The ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism at
all times in dealing with guests and employees.
‎7. The ability to select and train reservations staff, discipline and
recommend succession/termination as necessary, and conduct performance
appraisals.
‎8. The ability to schedule staff according to budget guidelines, while
ensuring maximum service to guests.
‎9. The ability to review/analyze call volume (ACD) reports including
abandonment rate, and take action as appropriate.
‎10. The ability to complete all necessary payroll records and labor
forecasts.
‎11. The ability to manage the reservations staff incentive program and
compile/publish monthly results by agent.
‎12. The ability to enforce the established room and rate availability
guidelines in order to maximize occupancy and revenue.
‎13. The ability to operate and manage the NetRez system
‎14. The ability to work with the Sales Department in handling group bookings,
maintaining files, tracing cut-off dates, following up on special
instructions, etc.
‎15. The ability to control all suites reservations in conjunction with the
Front Office manager and ensure special handling of top corporate clients,
VIP's and return guests.
‎16. The ability to prepare and distribute occupancy and revenue forecasts and
keep all department heads well informed of any unexpected changes in levels of
business.
‎17. The ability to prepare and distribute daily return guest and monthly
recap of percentage of return guests, daily VIP list, and daily arrivals list.
‎18. The ability to monitor no show collection with Front Office and
Accounting departments.
‎19. The ability to monitor commission payment with the Accounting department.
‎20. The ability to ensure that all reservation confirmations are printed out
and mailed on a daily basis
‎21. The ability to handle and maintain accurate records on pick-up,
cancellations, no-shows, and sources of reservations.
‎22. The ability to create and maintain individual rate codes for each
negotiated account as established by the Sales Department.
‎23. The ability to establish and maintain the rate code conversion tables
between PMS and WRO system
‎24. The ability to ensure all reservations staff/WRO staff are familiar with
all guest rooms, selling techniques, hotel facilities , services, hours of
operation, key personnel, special activities, functions in the hotel and to
ensure proper follow-up on all special guest requests.
‎25. The ability to attend and contribute to the yield management meetings
held with the Sales and Marketing department
‎26. The ability to direct reservations and revenue management activities of
the hotel to achieve budgeted goals
‎27. The ability to produce and publish a monthly analysis/report summarizing
the month end reservations activity and present to Planning Committee and
Yield Team
‎28. The ability to produce/analyze the following reports and
recommend/implement appropriate action to maximize revenue:
Monthly market segment forecast based on demand(Day by day)
Booking Pace by segment
Red Date Analysis
Rooms Inventory Report with Group Displacement
Arrival/Departure Patterns
Rate Resistance/Turnaway Report
Suite Inventory Forecast
Month End Suite Analysis
Booking Source Analysis
‎29. The ability to conduct regular Reservations Departmental Meetings.
‎30. The ability to coordinate and assist in an annual Reservations Sales
Training Program.
‎31. The ability to conduct follow-up training sessions and provide timely
feedback to reservations staff.
‎32. The ability to develop and mentor the reservations staff for future
advancement.
‎33. The ability to handle guest complaints keeping senior management well
informed of any problems and action taken.
‎34. The ability to establish relationships with other Reservations Managers
in the city as well as in Four Seasons.
‎35. The ability to maintain favorable working relationships among employees
to promote maximum morale, productivity and efficiency.
‎36. The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety
situation.
‎37. The ability to perform added tasks or projects as assigned by the
Director of Marketing and Management.
