  • Single point of contact to the Local Team on L&S subject

  • Regular connection with Area product Managers for development and updates

  • Connect with the country local product representatives in a constructive way to resolve challenges

  • Propose new charges / tariffs and solutions to increase Rev/GP of LnS

  • LnS Actions tracking/ follow up with the owners

  • Regular meetings with peers in ML for products news and development

  • Best practice sharing from other clusters
    Take leadership of the implementation of new business related to Advanced
    Products. This includes setting up the execution processes for new products
    and solutions, but also guiding the CX colleagues on the implementation of new
    business following already existing processes for advanced products.
    Projects can also be related to implementations of improvements of existing
    processes, ways of working or engagement models with other teams.
    Ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved in the right stage of the
    project. This includes the customer, local management and teams, SEM HQ, and
    Maersk colleagues from the various area product teams and executions team for
    all countries involved in the process.
    Clearly communicate the expectation, risks, task ownership and project plan.
    Drive completion according to timeline, resource, quality agreed on. Timely
    communicate project progress to all stakeholders.
    Deeply understand client requirements and convert it into SOPs including E-‎2-E
    execution, invoicing, exceptions etc. and ensure SOP compliance and establish
    KPI to monitor the performance.
    Conduct Hypercare where success criteria defined jointly with customer for the
    project is met; ensure proper handover to final business owner
    Liaison with local area product and execution teams
    a) Set up an operating model or join existing operating models to liaise with
    your local area product and execution teams
    b) Ensure you are kept informed of the latest updates and changes regarding
    the products and execution
    c) Represent your Cluster SEM´s stakes towards the product and execution
    teams, ensure a set up for fruitful collaboration and be SEM´s point of
    contact to solve issues, find and roll out improvements for collaboration.
    We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent with at least ‎5~‎7 years of functional experience in transportation or logistics required

  • Solid SCM / Shipping operations background

  • Client or Program Management experience preferred

  • Understanding of legal / commercial framework and documentation related to contracts of carriage for AIR, FCL, LCL, Intermodal transport, and international trade

  • Familiarity with Maersk Policies and Processes relating to the following is preferred

  • All applicable Maersk systems and processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer and people oriented

  • MS Office tools, data analytics and reporting

  • Visible driving force of Maersk Values and winning behaviours

  • A strong execution minded individual with financial technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus including analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Knowledge of logistics market

  • Focus on delivering high quality work

  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
