Summary: Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in
maintaining accounting records by performing the following
duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may
be assigned.
1. Receives cash or cheques and posts it into the accounting system.
2. Receives new PNs and gets it ready into the storage system.
3. Withdraws PNs / returns PDC upon requests received.
4. Controls returned cheques.
5. Banks cash and PDCs on a daily basis.
6. Withdraws represent cheques list.
7. Gives customers the original copy of PNs upon payment.
