JOB TITLE & PURPOSE OF THE JOB


Job Title (Job Code): HR Operations Specialist ( AES Specialist)


Purpose of the job:
Responsible of ensuring administrative treatment regarding new hires,
contractual amendments from contractual document production, to input in HRIS
and mandatory declaration and ensure healthcare affiliation process. Answer to
employees request regarding HR administration related matters. Support Payroll
in daily operation in compliance with Segregation of Duties (SOD)

ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES



  • Responsible for Employees On Boarding Process (preparing work contract, gathering Mandatory hiring documents, Social Insurance and Medical enrollment, Bank Account Creation and Personnel File)

  • Responsible for Employees Off Boarding Process Documentation (Ensure Exit Checklist and all needed documents are finalized , Social insurance and Medical Termination)

  • Focal Point with External Provider for all Social Insurance & Labour Office Matters

  • Managing Time Sheet Process for all employees ( Ensure OTD Of Time Sheet Submission ,Time Sheet Regulation and Guidelines are respected )

  • Monitor Annual Leave consumption ( send quarter reports , highlight cases to management if needed ,…)

  • Hired Staff Management with external provider ( Focal point for all changes and enquiries , Time Sheet Collection , Payroll Review)

  • Handle Medical Operations with the Broker

  • Manage Work Permit Process for Expatriates With the General Services Department/External Provider

  • Support in Expats Benefits Administration

  • Support in Payroll Process

  • Contribute on the transversal HR assignments as needed

  • Provide general reporting and administration support when required


EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES


Mandatory:
* Bachelor degree (specialized in HR is plus)
* ‎0-‎3 years of experience in HR Field


Experience Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role


Mandatory:
* First experience related to HR administration
* Good practice on HRIS and Payroll System
* Experience with Office Suite


Desirable:
* Knowledgeable of Labour Law in Egypt
